My book arrived yesterday and I literally can’t put it down. It’s everything I was hoping for and so much more. I flipped through and the first thing I read was “You can’t overdo pleasantness. The is the most powerful training tool available to you.” Never a truer statement written. I had a huge smile when I opened it up and found it had been personally signed, gorgeous!
